Setting up Scan to Email

1. Go to your WBI [Web browser interface homepage]


[Note: To do that type in your IP address of the printer in the URL]


2. Navigate to the setting page


3. Log in to as Admin [If you have set an admin account password]


4. Click Services Settings


5. Click on the SMTP Tab


6. Enter the following settings

  1. SMTP Server: SMTP.gmail.com
  2. Reply to email: whatever@email.com
  3. Port # 587
  4. Enable SSL
  5. Enable authentication – enter a gmail address and password here


7. Click DNS Settings at the top, enter your DNS servers here, normally the same as your IP address but with a 1 at the end
