Blocking numbers via HVS
1. Log into the HVS platform
2. Once you have selected the company and site, down the left hand side select features.
3. Select calling plans > digit strings then add
4. You can give it any name you want, then the digit pattern is the number you want to block.
5. Once you have saved then go to incoming calling plans
6. Then the digit string that you created will appear as a drop down and you just need to set it to block
